Application:

Step 1: Preparation

Start with clean, dry nails and carefully push back your cuticles. Lightly buff your nails if necessary to achieve a smooth surface. Then use the included prep pad to remove any oils and residue.

Step 2: Choose the right size

Choose the gel nail strips that best fit each nail. If in doubt, choose the smaller size to avoid overlapping on the skin or cuticles.

Step 3: Apply the foils

Peel back the protective film and carefully place the gel strip on the nail, starting at the cuticle line. Smooth it toward the tip and press firmly to ensure it adheres properly.

Step 4: Cut off excess

Use cuticle scissors or nail clippers to cut off excess gel strips.

Step 5: Cure and file into shape

The strips cure instantly under light. However, for optimal results and longevity, expose them to sunlight for a few minutes (10-20 minutes depending on the sun's intensity). We at Blush&Cherry recommend using a UV lamp for even and reliable curing (20-60 seconds depending on the UV lamp's strength; if the foil still appears soft, increase the time accordingly). After curing, shape the nail strips into the desired shape with a nail file. Curing for too long can lead to chipping (the foil will peel off)!

Step 1: Remove gel film

Apply a few drops of acetone-free nail polish remover to the cuticle strip and allow it to absorb. Then, using the included stick, gently and patiently lift the edge of the wrap without tearing. Carefully work from the edge toward the center of the nail until the wrap is completely removed.

Step 2: Clean and care for your nails

Remove any residue with nail polish remover and wash your hands. Then moisturize your nails with cuticle oil or a nourishing nail cream.
